3. Orders and Payments

Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched within the mentioned time. Delays due to couriers or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

All products will be delivered in 7-10 days.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used soap products cannot be returned. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All site content including text, images, and logos belongs to NISTHANAM and cannot be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

NISTHANAM is not responsible for indirect damages from product use or website access. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Odisha.

Refund Policy

We Accept Returns in 7 Days .
Thank you for shopping at Nishthan, your source for quality homemade soaps.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personal care nature of our homemade soap products, we have specific guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. General Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges on opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact Us: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at nisthanam@gmail.com.

Provide Proof: Include your Order Number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

Resolution: Upon review, Nishthan will, at its discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

A full refund for the cost of the item(s).

A replacement of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), shipped to you at no additional cost.

We may require you to return the damaged or incorrect product. If so, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items are non-returnable:

Used or Opened Soaps: Any soap or product that has been used, opened, or is not in its original, sealed condition.

Sale or Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund or replacement if damaged.

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. We can only approve cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, the Damaged/Defective/Incorrect policy (Section 2) applies.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or original payment service) within 5-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at nisthanam@gmail.com.
